Welcome to Amye’s Blog!! My name is Amye!!

I LOVE school so far this year and I will probably LOVE school until next year. Mme. Horrell does sooooooo much for us and will continue to do lots and lots of FUN things!! We will all miss her when she leaves but we probably can’t wait to see her again after she has her baby and we will also be looking forward to see her as well!!

Nobody gets left out. Everybody has some friends in the class or in other classes they like to hang out with at recess.

V.I.P is fun to me but I know a lot of people that don’t like V.I.P. Sometimes it’s hard because your friends have V.I.P but you don’t so you can’t hang out with them. Mme. Horrell tried to make it so you can hang out with your friends at recess but sometimes there’s that one recess that you can’t hang out with them so you have to find somebody else to hang out with that you don’t really hang out with a lot, you can hang out with yourself or if Mme. Horrell is in the class you sometimes can go inside the portable and work on some of your work that you need to catch up on or your homework for that night.

Come every once and a while and there might be some new things!!

Now we  have a new teacher and her name is Mlle. Rycroft. Mlle. Rycroft is SOOOOOOOO NICE!!

She has done so much for us and she already planed a field trip in the first 4 weeks she’s been here. We are going to the Observatory on the Western campus. We are going to look at galaxies and planets. It’s going to be SOOOO MUCH FUN!!

I know she has a lot planed for us and I think there all going to be SOOO MUCH FUN!!

We all miss Mme. Horrell and we hope her and her new baby are healthy. Hopefully she will come and visit soon.

Welcome back for Book Blog #4. For this Book Blog I’m going to answer 3-4 questions. Enjoy Book Blog #4.

1. question: What’s your favourite part. answer: Probably my favourite part of the book is when they meet the Spydelles.

2. question: describe a part that suprised you. answer : I have 2 parts that surprised me in the book. 1. When the wolf said he wasn’t going to eat Wally or Cheyenne . 2. When Wally bit the wolf  leader’s nose.

3. question: Make a prediction of what’s going to happen next. answer: What I think is going to happen next is that Wally and his sister Cheyenne are going to get out of the DRIPPING FANG forest and go back to Jolly Days orphanage.

I am now on my 3rd quarter of the Dripping Fang #1 “The Onts”. You have probably read the first 2 Book Blogs.

For this Book Blog I am going to ask myself question and answer them again but as well that I am going to make some links. The links would be: Text – Text, Text – World and Text – Self.

Here is Book Blog #3.

Question: Describe a part that suprised you. Answer: In the 3rd quarter Wally and Cheyenne escaped from the Mandible sister’s home and then a GIANT slug came and started to eat Cheyenne’s feet then Cheyenne poured salt into his eyes. Then he slithered away!!

Question: What is the most interesting thing you read? Answer: Probably the whole book so far. Because it’s so weird and different than most books and if you read it you would probably think the same thing.

Text – Text: This book  is somewhat about ants and once I read a book about ants at school.

Text – World: There are probably a lot of people in the World that have the names Wally and Cheyenne.

Hello. Have probably read my first Book Blog on Dripping Fang “The Onts”.

For this Book Blog I’m going to ask myself questions and then I’m going to answer them so you know a little bit more on the book Dripping Fang “The Onts”.

Here are the questions.

1. question: What do you think will happen next in the book. answer: I think Wally and Cheyenne  will try to escape from the Mandible Sister’s house.

2. question: How would you react if you were one of the characters? answer: I would probably start asking questions about things in the house, like why are there bars on the windows, etc. Also I would start trying to escape the house because I would probably be VERY scared.

3. question: What part in the story surprised  you? answer: What suprised me so far in the story is when they got to the Mandible sister’s house and it was time for dinner all of the sudden there was a table and for dinner it was an all chocolate dinner. It surprisedme because I would think there would be something really weird for dinner beacause  they live in the middle of the scariest forest in Cincinnati.

4. question: Describe your feelings about the events. answer: It depends on what the event is. When the cab driver started talking about the Dripping Fang forest I was kind of scared but when they were being brought home by somebody I was happy.

Right now I am reading Dripping Fang, the first book of the series and it’s called “The Onts”. So far I have read the first quarter of the book. It’s about two twins and how they have been living in Jolly Days Orphanage sense  they were 7 years old and right now they are 10 years old. Also in the first quarter of the book two sisters go to the orphanage to adopt two people 1 that have smelly feet and another that is allergic to almost everything and Wally and Cheyenne each have one of those things they are looking for. Right now they are being brought to the sisters house.

Hello,

We all know Mme. Horrell pretty well now. Mme. Horrell is a very nice teacher and cares about all of us! Mme. Horrell does a lot for us in and outside of the classroom. I am 100% sure she is going to try to plan things while she is gone. We also know that she has to leave in February because is going to have a baby. Hopefully she will talk to the teacher that will come in for her when she leaves and M.DeWit to plan some fun and educational feil d trips for us! We will all miss you Mme. Horrell!
